Whoa! Jealous! Wish we had that here! Even though the Chillster hates water, we might be able to get the tiny wolf into the water!

"Back by popular demand the dog event “End of Summer” swims at Roosevelt and Kanemoto pools.

After the pools are closed to the public and the chemicals are neutralized (i.e. safe for the dogs) the pools are re-opened one night from 4pm – 7pm for friendly dogs to swim, play and socialize.

Kanemoto pool swim will be Tuesday 8/23 and Roosevelt pool will be Wednesday 8/24. Cost is $3 per dog. This is an event many water-loving dogs and their families look forward too. Bring your social swim buddy, some floaty toys and have a blast!"

HA! thanks for catching that to share! my 2 hate the water as well but i do remember them opening the pools last yr as well.

Saw this on the Zoom Room facebook pasts - if you guys are near Longmont - the Zoom Room has awesome classes for huskies! The huge Chillster did agility!

If this weren't on a Tuesday (sort of a bad day, huh?), I'd maybe go. I usually avoid water where multiple dogs have been, but since it's aone time dip it shouldn't carry and diseases that are in still standing water or ticks.
