With the seats taken out, the van has slightly more space than the bed of a full size pickup with a topper. Add a 1200 lb payload capacity and it is pretty much a smooth driving truck with better gas mileage. Any van from the last decade will have similar specs, but I really prefer the 2002-2004 Chryslers because the floor is truly flat without seats (and we're a Mopar family). I'm not a fan of folding seats, I like them completely removed for more cargo weight capacity.

Ken was sick so we did not go riding yesterday instead of going into work and getting over time i ran to HD and walked around trying to make my brain think but it was no good. i left with a new flap for the toilet and prices on french doors for the back. i then went to petsmart and they had nothing for the car, i left with 5 new fish. thinking i might do some more looking on sat. will post pics when i solve the issue.

I don't know why it didn't occur to me before, but is there any possibility of just putting a travel kennel in there?
