Forum Rules
1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect.
2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.
4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule.

It's just been raining like crazy here probably because it has been over 32 degrees. Hopefully there will be snow when I wake up Smile

According to the weather channel, we are supposed to get 4 to 6 inches of snow starting tomorrow afternoon. It's been doing nothing but raining here most of the day. It's gotten windy at times too. I'm hoping we get some snow that sticks, I want a white Christmas!

Yeppers I have snows all around and its only a 2WD, nothing more boring then watching a 4WD SUV/truck spinning in place because of wrong tires. Midwest Snow Storm - Page 2 1625187496

Nothing more pathetic then a 4WD being passed by a 2WD Kia. lol!

So apparently this snow storm in Iowa killed 2 people in the 25 car pile up causing lots of damage and large sums of snow to fall everywhere and even caused tornados in the south

Snow is definitely on its way in WV. Ava was up at 7 this morning, full of zoomies and running circles around the house. I swear, a husky is better than any weather man to tell when it will snow...

The snow was over my knees in the driveway this morning, It is so heavy i am going to have to find someone to plow it for me. There is no way I can shovel it. The winds are blowing so hard, the dogs dont even want to go out in it.

So much for the snow! They forecasted 2-4 inches for us, and I woke up to a dusting on the grass and that's it! It stayed warm too late in the evening for it to change over. No more snow in the forecast until after xmas here Sad

I wish it would snow here, even just a little bit. But unfortunately the last time it snowed where I live (and on Christmas!) was in 2004 and that was the first time it had snowed in my city in 16 years. It was of course no where near the kind of snow most other people get, but for southern Louisiana, it was enough for me to be excited about. Lol.
