| It's raining huskies in the shelters here and the only rescue that will take them is past full. She's had some of her sleds for almost a year now....Damn all the breeding and the idiots that think they need a puppy just to throw them away.  Current pups that will most likely die. OKC Shelter #A127875  Elk City, OK has 3 (here's 2 of them) 3 yo male  11 month old female  Stillwater, OK HW+ Male  And this rehome needed for a Mal in Tulsa, OK  Still trying to save this boy in Elgin, OK (another thread)  |

| Wow this crazy that there at that many. It is also sad to think that most wll be put down.
That 11month old female looks a whole lot like Kerian. I really wish I could save them all..
Where is the Malamute in Tulsa at?? |

| Gosh - this just makes me sick. I keep seeing people all over facebook groups wanting to breed their damn dogs...One even told em that there are no huskies in pounds near her! Just sad. |

| Yea I am glad she has a new home It also prevents me from asking John another rescue..  I like the fact that she looked alot like Kerian. Keep us updated as they find home hopefuilly. |

| Ugh I wish they were a bit closer to me! We are looking for a husky right now but no one wants to do long distance adoptions and it seems if you live in Massachusetts no one gives up a husky. Not saying its a bad thing but it sure makes adopting one hard. |

| Wow... My friend's mom would have a field day. She has 3 pure husky dogs and a couple other dogs. A total of 6 dogs in the household as of now according to my friend. They live in Del City. I'm looking for a husky dog but I'll wait until a) i have moneys and b) my mixed dog doesn't go loco on them.
