Yo I just try to keep honest, haha! But I just really was sitting there and thinking, "uh, I really don't think 80% of these people care to see my face on the card"... So I'd rather spam the cards for those who don't have a personal relationship with me with photos of my cute pups rather than me being a wannabe Hallmark card model with my husband, haha.

You should dress the pups up as Santa bringing him gifts! Razz

I did a doggy card exchange on Dogster the year before last. I still have the pictures and can name the dog, but for the people, I'm like, "ehh, I guess that's the owner? hopefully?" Its the huskies that matter in the end, haha.

We'll figure out something, I'm sure. Not that Ava ever really holds still for pictures anyway, but I can hope.

I did the husky dogster card exchange for 2 years.. then I got exhausted doing like 80+ cards and half the ones I got had no photos... so it was sort of like, "why did you even bother?"
FYI people include a photo, haha.

That's a good idea Heather! I think I'm going to do the same. Will probably send cards with a pic of me and hubby to the members that I've know a while and cards with pics of my beautiful babies (lol) to the rest Smile

Now to figure out what to do about the pics. My "plan" went out the window with Ivans surgery!

I went and had Nicky & Hayden's pictures taken yesterday for the holiday card and they turned out horrible Sad

... I didn't realize it was that difficult to get pictures taken lol. The photographer said they were challenging and kept losing interest haha. Oh well, maybe I can try taking some home made pictures and they'll come out better. Smile

I just ordered my cards, haha, hopefully they get here sooner than later! They are cute though and once again, paid way more than I wanted... but I couldn't settle on any of the designs on Costco's website.

Also, are many people planning on sending out later in December? I will be in AZ after the 14th. I'm trying to avoid PMing 28 people, haha.

Cards are all address and ready to go. Out of USA go today others Dec 1st. Except Meredith until we have a mail to address.

Our cards are enroute from the printer, hopefully I'll be able to get them out next weekend.
