Got my first card yesterday from Liz and LOVE the picture of Tabitha and Layla together. Finished addressing my cards today and they will go out tomorrow.

Got my cards tonight. Hopefully they will get to go out soon.

Mine shipped this morning - tracking not yet available. They'll go out the next day from receiving...and I'm impatient to get them

Got most of mine addressed this afternoon....I designed photos not an actual photo card so hope you like them. They should go out tonight!

Cards will be going out tomorrow! I will have to go to the post office for an intl stamp for Kelly though. The PO in the grocery store won't be getting any until the end of the week and I want to make sure it gets there BEFORE Christmas and not after.

Canada isn't too bad. Usually takes a week or so. Depending on the congestion of mail. But I don't trust the mail so I want to get it out as early as I can.

Wait, we have to have special stamps to get the cards to Canada? I sent mine out this morning and didn't put anymore than a forever stamp on it. Is it going to come back?

It might....value of the Forever stamp is the domestic First-Class Mail 1-ounce letter price in effect on the day of use. So you will probably be short one stamp maybe two (I always thought it was double but I think I paid $1.20 for my postage).

Hmm...this would have been nice information to have had from the start. Never sent anything out of country before. Ugh...now to see if I can head off my mail carrier. Kelly's might be a bit late.

Ah sorry. Yes to send to Canada it is a little more postage. Maybe an extra stamp but they do sell international stamps. I used to mail stuff out the country all the time so I'm used to it. However I haven't since last year so I'm not sure what the rates are.

It would be nice if a stamp would cover at least to Canada and Mexico. I don't know if it'sany different to mail to HI or AK.

i put 2 on mine just to make sure i had enough postage. hope it makes it.

I think there is a forever global ......

as you said international stamps too. But I use work postage machine and cheat myself.

Jenn, Is this your first year sending cards? We can make note of the international postage next year in the message. I took for granted that It's one of those things most of us know.

Kelly has been doing the card exchange since the start and i just always know she needs a special one, i also sent one to Germany and that is also $1.20 to send.

I underestimated my card count and had just enough, 110 cards in the mail, thank goodness for those 10 free ones from shutterfly or i would have been short!

I ordered 30 this year and still have almost half left. Lol.

Wow 110! I did the ones here, some relatives and friends so about 40 right now. I have a couple spare pictures to send if I get one I need to reciprocate to someone I already did not send to. I started trimming my list about three years ago and if they do not send them I started taking them off my list!

Yep, my first year in the exchange. Good god that's a lot of cards. I had more cards to send here than I did to family on my side and the hubby's side combined.

page of family, page and a half of friends, doctors and the vet, then past IAHT members i still talk to on FB and then this yrs add, yeah it all adds up!!!
