Greetings from Los Angeles!!

Hi. Finally getting around to introducing myself (I've been reading this site for months, not sure how I would have survived raising a puppy husky without it!!). My name is Andrew and I am the proud parent of my first husky, Kodiak... he goes by Kodi though. Kodi is now 7 mths old and is the best thing that has happened to our family. I can't wait to share our adventures with everyone. And for those of you who have time to kill, I've posted a link to Kodi's latest photo album below.

Thanks, haha we didn't actually take that pic so I can't steal the credit... My friend who had the litter posed the puppies for pics. The Christmas picture was also taken by her.

Where in LA? We should try and meet up and let our huskies wrestle and play. Any favorite spots you guys like or recommend? We live over near the Barrington dog park in west la, so we usually go there to let Kodi burn off some energy. There are usually a few other huskies when we go.

I'm actually from Torrance which is close to LAX, but I'm always driving around your area because there's just more things to do haha. Definitely down to meetup for our huskies to play !! Luna doesn't have any husky friends Sad

I usually take Luna to the El Segundo dog park, but when I get the chance to i LOVE taking her to Laurel Canyon dog park, it's HUGE!!

what part of LA? i just arrived in riverside about two weeks or so ago and have come to find their are tons of Huskies out here! I tell owners about this forum all the time. Its been a little crazy with moving and all but i would love to try and set up a meet somewhere around here. let me know if your interested or know of any meets our in the surrounding area. look forward to talking to you and all the other Southern Cali. owners

I go to school in Fullerton, but from LA and would love to meet up with you as well!!!

Fullerton from Riverside is about 40 mins on a good traffic day...but we could meet halfway which would be somewhere around Corona! I know a good dog park in Irvine called Central Bark Dog Park that's great but that may be a bit too far from where you are...not sure about any dog parks halfway but we can always experiment and see which ones are good!

West LA, over near where the 405 and the 10 meet. I'd love to try and get a group together!!! We've been to a few of the dog parks in the area... barrington, laurel canyon, santa monica, and they are all great. We almost always run into other husky owners.
