Yes, at 1 1/2 years old your Husky is still a puppy. They can live to be 13-16 years old, so he's got a long life ahead of him.
But Husky's can be very difficult to train, especially by someone who's new to dogs. They're very intelligent dogs and you'll find that if you can 'get into his head' (find what it that makes him want to learn) it'll be a lot easier on everyone.

So i shouldn't follow Normal basic teaching tricks and develop my own depending on the dog's need?

Muhanad, I'd really like to be helpful but you're asking very general questions to which the only proper response tends to be an absolute. For a bad example: Is it possible to teach a dog tricks? Yes, but if it's been hit by a car and is strapped to a wheelchair teaching him the 'normal' range of tricks is going to be be severely limited.

Why don't you tell us what you're doing, what you've tried, what's worked and what hasn't?  Then we might be able to be of more help.

There is no age limit on what these dogs can learn. Each dog is different though. Traditional training techniques may or may not work for your dog. It's up to you to try and adjust as needed to suite the learning of your dog. If there are specific things you are having trouble teaching we can try to help.

I think it depend on what your husky like as a reward. Some would work for treats and some would work for toys. I'm pretty lucky since my husky like both so i can use either as a reward. For example i don;t even need to say anything but take out a treat and point to his play area and he would go all by himself. So just play with him and find out what he likes and dislike so you can reward him with what he actually likes.

Hey Muhanad! Welcome to the forums. As to training, I found that as a first time Husky owner that I was woefully ill prepared to train my Husky. He didn't respond to the typical training methods that my other dogs have. He did not respond to treats or toys and I really had a hard time keeping his attention for more than 2.8 seconds.

However, all dogs are different, and you will just have to find out the best method for him. I ended up using an electronic collar and positive reinforcement with training classes. Structure is very important for MY Husky, so we had to set up a strict training regimen. Once again, every dog is different.

Good luck, and feel free to ask even more questions and put up a picture of your Husky!
