Hey Guys!

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tim, and am currently owned by a beautiful 4 month old red husky named, Kiba.

We currently reside in Western Montana, where I study Wildlife Biology and Kiba joins me on all my outdoor adventures.

I grew up in Boston, where I had several boxers. After getting back from active duty with the US Army, I decided to move out west. Here we are 5 years later and now that I am settled with a stable place to live, figured it was time to get myself a dog.

After considering several different breeds, I finally settled on getting myself a husky. Here we are two months later and I couldn't be happier!

Kiba is all the things a husky should be. He is rambunctious, independent, and too smart for his own good. He can even be a royal pain in the butt, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Anyways, hope you guys are all doing well.

Thanks!
--Tim

Welcome Tim  wave

Congratulations on Kiba, from your profile pic he looks to be a gorgeous boy! Boxers and Huskies share a lot of common traits, both are wonderfully fun breeds to have, no doubt you will enjoy having Kiba immensely. Have fun with puppyhood Smile

Thank you!

I'm loving having him around. I can definitely see the similarities between him and the boxers, though he is much, MUCH more energetic! Haha, not that it's a bad thing, he will do great when he's old enough to do some of the more rigorous expeditions!

Here's a full body shot of him, he's got the perfect little Flor De Lis!

Oh wow - what a beautiful boy you have! Next to a dirty husky, I am a real sucker for a masked husky - and yours is perfect! He looks like a perfect little devil - enjoy the ride Laughing

Hey, Tim, welcome.
You have a handsome boy.
Love the stalking photo!
What big feet he has.

I love Missoula.
Have a friend who used to teach at Hell Gate High School (love that name).
Twice, we skied into Garnet Ghost Town and spent a couple nights.

Haha, no worries Renee, that's exactly how I felt in all my botany, ornithology and mammalogy classes since I took four years of latin! I hope so too, he has some really beautiful markings!

Thanks, Amy! To call him a devil is an understatement, haha! Though, he is slowing getting better lol.

Michael, Hellgate High is actually really beautiful. I love walking by those big gates. Missoula is a really fun town, definitely very different from Boston (where I grew up). What a wonderful name yours has, Bodhi!

Hello and Welcome! Kiba is a very handsome devil. Wink

A fellow wildlife lover...I studied wildlife ecology at the University of Maine...but I hated botany. Loved mammalogy though. Very Happy
