12 Weeks



First day of puppy training. Nikko is the class bully haha

It's amazing how fast huskydogs grow. Your puppy makes me go awe...

How cute! Do you keep the leash on him at all times? Does he chew on it? Is he developing a positive association with the leash?

I kept it on at all times (with a close eye on him of course) for the first few weeks while he was having a lot of accidents in the house, that way I could get him outside quickly. Lately he's been better, so I usually do take the leash off now. He chews it a little, but it's usually just for a few seconds, then he'll find something new to chew on (major ADD) haha

If you dont mind my asking, how much does he weigh at 12 weeks? My Kiba's only 9lbs at 12 weeks and it worries me. Your dog looks really healthy and is adorable! Love the big puppy ears

He's probably around 18lbs or so. He weighed in at just under 15lbs about 2 weeks ago

No wonder my vet told me kibas underweight! I think its b/c she had roundworms but thats being treated so hopefully shell start gaining. Love the pictures- its fun watching them grow and your dog is a cutie!

Yea he's cute when he wants to be. Lol. I hope your pups worms go away so she can grow!

I can't get over how cute Nikko is! Almost makes me want another puppy LOL. My Nikko was the class bully too, he was big for his age though, about 25lbs! Yukon on the other hand was only about 15lbs at that age.

Nikko was a handful too and I definitely had my moments! Just after he would do something bad all he had to do is look at me and all would be forgiven!

The funny thing is he's the 3rd biggest in the class out of 4 dogs lol. There's a 16wk rott, 12wk gold lab, and some small fluffy thing lol. The rott and lab are both bigger than Nikko

Yuki was 19 pounds at 12 weeks and I thought SHE was underweight and skinny Yuki had roundworms too, they were really easy to get rid of so dont worry bout it too much.
