| I am not sure where to put this...
I just got a 3 month old husky/inut dog on saturday and the past 2 days when she is sleeping on the floor and my 3 year old daughter crouches down to look at her and sits next to her when she is sleep she growls and sometimes whips her head up and in the direction of my 3 year old and barks at her (not a very friendly bark)
I was wondering if anyone else had or has this problem and what it could possable be?
and my daughter isnt touching her or poking her or anything will she sleeps.
thank you for any advice on this. |

| Most dogs don't like being bothered when they sleep. Like the expression "leave a sleeping dog where they lie". Kale used to grumble and growl when I sat near him when he slept when he was that age, he grew out of it; I would just leave him alone and let him sleep. I'd keep your 3 year old away from your Husky while she sleeps, eats, etc, until your get to know her personality better and get more training in her. Once she adjusts to your family and lifestyle, she'll calm down.
