Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! | The human kids had a day off from school today, so hubby and I took all the kids hiking! The trail was steep and very rocky. My recollection of the hike to Flat Top is that it is easier yet longer. All of us (except Sabaka!) were ready to be done after these 3 miles to Sharp Top!! Gorgeous autumn views!!
Pictures to follow... |

| All the "kids" near the trail head: Some of the gorgeous views about a mile up the trail: Waiting on the rest of the fam (whoever had the dog did alot of waiting!): At the summit: "Hey, look! There's a kitty!" No kidding...it worked! Gorgeous Autumn day! |

| Lisa, those are great pictures! Looks like you guys all had a great time. I love that part of the East Coast, some of the best camping trips I ever had were to Shenandoah when I was in college. _________________ Shadow's Blog Canine Hydrocephalus Support on Facebook "Being the parent of a special-needs pet means living your life constantly poised on the edge of a double-edged sword. | Jen, it ascends 1400 feet in only 1.5 miles! No leaf pic up there... psycho dog was all into the hiking and did not want to ever be still. I actually cheated on the way up and walked with the dog alot, allowing him to pull me a little! Bob got the crazy boy on the way down! |

| Awesome pics! Looks like a perfect day. I do the same thing on trails, let the dog pull me up and then hand him off to hubby to be pulled down. Lol _________________ |
