| Hey everyone,
Lilu is a little over 2 and she's had this for a while, but it doesnt seem to be bothering her. Some of her paw pads look as if hair/fiber is growing out of them. This is most likely from her being in the dog park twice a day, every day.
Just wanted to know if this is a normal thing and how does everyone treat this? I do have mushers paw, but don't use it as much as I should.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks! |

| A picture would help - is the hair coming out of the pads themselves or between the pads? |

| Its coming from the paws. Its not really hair its like the paw has cracked and looks like fiber will take a pic of it soon and upload, but it looks like this. After searching I found that they call this fuzzy feet

| Don't know anything about this - have you tried something like Musher's Secret? |

| It's most likely hyperkeratosis. You can trim the fibers down. It's a common occurrence.
You can use moisturizers to help keep the pads softer. Walking on harder surfaces (like concrete) will help wear the fibers down as well.
